We sit at the intersection of regulated and non-regulated services, e.g., a non-custodial wallet with features that don't map cleanly onto anything Apple or Google's compliance teams had seen before / at the time. For a long time, that ambiguity was exactly the kind of problem that kills a listing before it starts. Ioana found a way through it anyway, she's fast, she's pragmatic, and she has a real gift for finding the argument that makes an impossible box suddenly fit. She finds the right balance between keeping the company safe and pushing the business forward, and I've seen her do it under real pressure, not just in theory.”
